The role requires NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy and strong communication skills, with opportunities to develop towards higher qualifications while enjoying staff benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-focused.
• Passion for health, wellness and customer service.
• Ability to establish rapport and credibility.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and more, tailored to guests' needs.
• Provide professional, high-quality service to ensure a relaxing experience.
• Ensure proper use of spa equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Assist in promoting spa services and products based on consultations.
• Stay informed about latest industry trends and techniques to enhance skills.
