Job summary

voco Winchester Hotel & Spa is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our team. You’ll deliver a full range of Beauty Therapy services, creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for guests while maintaining high standards of guest care.

This role involves interacting with spa members and guests and may include retail sales to guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service, excellent communication and organisational skills, and be trained to Level 3 Beauty or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in a luxury spa/beauty environment.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of Beauty Therapy treatments to guests and spa members.
• Maintain high standards of guest care and service, ensure a welcoming and relaxing spa atmosphere.
• Assist with retail sales and product recommendations to guests.
