Job summary

Elite Hotels (Rotherwick) Ltd. at Forest Spa is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver luxury treatments to residents, spa day guests and members. The role offers part-time hours: 14 hours over 2 days or 21 hours over 3 days, including weekends.

You will use brands like Oskia and Ishga, provide manicures, pedicures, facials, body scrubs, and massages, with access to training and development opportunities. Some experience is ideal but not essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 and NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, including massage therapies.
• Strong customer service and guest care abilities.
• Professional appearance and communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury treatments to hotel residents, spa day guests and members.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all treatments.
• Provide manicures, pedicures, facials, body scrubs and massages.
• Assist with spa duties as required and participate in training.

Job description

Based in our luxurious Forest Spa you will be providing a range of luxury treatments to hotel residents, spa day guests and members. We are looking for a therapist to commit to a contract of either 14 hours over 2 days, or 21 hours over 3 days, days based on business needs including weekends.

We are proud to partner with Oskia and Ishga, two advanced luxury skincare brands. We offer a wide range of treatments including manicures, pedicures, facials, body scrubs and various @types of massage treatments. We seek to limit the amount of massage allocated to each therapist. We are also able to offer training and development opportunities such as “no hands” massage Hot stone , LAVA shell , Sports, Indian Head and pregnancy massages. Some experience is ideal but not essential.

• Passion for delivering great customer service and memorable treatments.
• A can-do approach to your work. Wanting to go that extra mile to have your guests leaving with an experience to talk about.
• Must have equivalent to NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy. Including massage therapies.
• Your personality is really important too, as you will be greeting guests and putting them at ease – so you must be comfortable talking to a wide range of people.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are also key.
