Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Spa Therapist for the Crowne Plaza London Docklands in East London. You will deliver high quality beauty and spa treatments in a serene setting, ensuring guests feel relaxed and well cared for throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Spa - at least 1 year, as a beauty therapist performing a wide range of treatments.
• Qualifications- ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in all beauty treatments and massage including deep tissue massage and electrical facial and body treatments.
• Knowledge of treatments, contra-indications and skincare retail sales is desirable
• Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.
• Immaculate personal grooming standards

Responsibilities

• Offering high quality professional treatments in a serene and relaxing environment
• Perform prep work and properly clean and restock the treatment room.
• Ensure exceptional customer, always considering the wellness needs and concerns of our guests.
• As a Spa Therapist you will handle special requests from guests, including preferences for therapists and treatment methods, as well as show intuition and empathy, especially when guests are celebrating special occasions.
