Crowne Plaza Reading East is seeking a talented Spa Therapist to join its luxury hotel team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality treatments in a relaxing spa environment and requires flexible weekend availability.

You will conduct massages, facials, and body treatments, perform thorough client consultations, maintain pristine treatment rooms, and promote spa products while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Spa Therapist with recognised beauty or massage therapy certifications.
• Experience in a hotel, spa, wellness centre, or salon environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, facials, and body treatments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and beauty therapies.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their spa journey.
• Maintain treatment rooms and spa facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Promote and sell spa products, treatments, and packages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Assist in creating a calm, relaxing, and professional spa environment.
• Support the wider spa and hotel team as required.

Crowne Plaza Reading East is a modern, luxury 4-star hotel offering stylish bedrooms, the 2 AA Rosette Caprice Restaurant & Terrace, Monty’s Bar & Lounge, and the Esprit Wellness & Spa with pool, gym, and treatment facilities.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team. This is flexible role, we are looking for someone who is looking flexible to work weekends.

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of professional treatments while creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for our guests. You will play an important role in maintaining the high standards of service and care that our hotel is known for.
