Job summary

art'otel Hoxton, part of PPHE Hotel Group, is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our vibrant team in London. You will deliver a range of spa treatments, perform client consultations, and maintain precise records while upholding the highest hygiene standards.

The role requires NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy, flexibility to cover shifts, and a passion for skincare and guest care in a luxury hotel spa environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 Beauty Therapy qualification required.
• Flexible and available where needed.
• Up-to-date spa knowledge and hygiene standards.
• Strong skincare and wellbeing awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of spa treatments (massages, facials, scrubs, wraps).
• Conduct client consultations to tailor treatments and note contraindications.
• Maintain accurate client records including treatment history and feedback.
• Keep treatment rooms and equipment clean, organised, and presented.
• Assist with retail sales of spa products and make recommendations.
• Promote a professional image to guests and the team.

We're recruiting for a Spa Therapistfor our fantastic art'otel Hoxton team.Long revered as London's effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton's hip new resident has hit the scene. The 26-floor art'otel Hoxton has a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals, with 357 guest bedrooms and suites, 10 Meetings and Events spaces, a lounge, gym, The Brush Grande Café, Solaya and the Spa!

As our Spa Therapist, you will receive:

• Salary: Base £14.50 per hour + Commission

As a master of your craft, you will…

• Provide a range of spa treatments, including massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), facials, body scrubs and wraps, all perfectly tailored each individual client’s needs.
• Confidently conduct client consultations to really understand each client’s preferences, concerns and any contraindications, helping them feel welcome, listened to and perfectly cared for.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and feedback.
• Make sure your professional environment is always clean, well organised and beautifully presented, including our treatment rooms and equipment.
• Help with retail sale of spa products and always be ready to recommend the perfect item to your clients.
• Promote a helpful and professional image to our guests and our team.

• Consistently up to date with the latest trends and techniques in spa treatments and therapies.
• A pro at upholding our high standards of hygiene and sanitation. You know all the spa protocols and industry regulations and follow them to the letter.
• Knowledgeable about skincare, wellness practices and aftercare, ready to educate your clients and enhance their spa experience.
• Having top notch people skills and are easily able to connect with others.
