Job summary

The Landmark London is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our vibrant hospitality team. You will provide high‑end spa treatments, maintain spotless treatment rooms and deliver excellent guest care, with a required NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.

We offer a 40‑hour week, a competitive package up to £32,002.26 including base salary and non‑contractual tronc, plus extensive staff benefits and discounts across our properties.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification.
All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

To keep spa treatment rooms and relaxation areas clean and compliant with health and safety regulations.
To prepare lifestyle guides/recommendations for guests after a treatment.
To restock amenities in treatment rooms and ensure ESPA/VOYA products are available.

As a Spa Therapist, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

To hold NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification
To ensure the Spa treatment rooms and relaxation areas are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness and comply with the health, hygiene and safety regulations.
To prepare Life style guides/recommendations for each guest after a treatment.
To consistently re-stock amenities in the treatment rooms and ESPA/VOYA products.
To be the consummate professional at all times; immaculate appearance, excellent customer service, smile

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
