Job summary

The Lensbury is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver a range of high-quality treatments and ensure exceptional guest care across the spa journey. You will work to maintain pristine treatment rooms and support day-to-day spa operations, contributing to a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Ideal candidates will have Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent, a passion for guest experiences, and strong communication and teamwork skills, with a solid understanding of current health and beauty trends.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Professional, positive and friendly approach.
• Strong knowledge of current health and beauty trends.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of high-quality treatments including facials, body treatments, massage, nails and waxing.
• Ensure outstanding customer care throughout every guest's spa journey.
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards.

About Us

Part of Iconic Hotels & Resorts, The Lensbury is located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club, a 156 bedroom hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant and bar, Spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.

The Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of high-quality treatments, ensure outstanding customer care throughout each guest's spa journey, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa.

Treatments & Experience

The ideal candidate will be experienced in:

• Facials
• Body treatments
• Massage therapies
• Manicures, Pedicures and Gel applications
• Waxing - including intimate
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to the highest standards

What we are looking for

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
