Job summary

Cairn Group invites applications for a Spa Therapist to deliver branded therapies and create a welcoming, luxurious guest experience across our spa facilities. You will welcome clients, manage bookings, and promote retail products while maintaining high hygiene and professional standards.

You will join a supportive team, grow your skills through ongoing training, and contribute to consistent, best-in-class service across our venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 in Beauty Therapy
• Level 3 preferred or in progress

Responsibilities

• Deliver spa treatments and maintain luxury service for guests
• Manage reception duties: greet clients, take bookings, and assist with retail sales
• Promote and upsell treatments and products to boost business goals
• Ensure a smooth guest journey from arrival to departure
• Participate in training to uphold best-in-class service

About the Role:

As a Spa Therapist at Cairn Group, you’ll deliver exceptional service and luxurious treatments that help our guests relax, recharge, and feel their best.

You’ll perform a full range of branded therapies while creating a warm, welcoming environment—whether guests are visiting for a one-off treatment or a full-day retreat. You’ll also manage reception duties, including greeting clients, managing bookings, promoting retail products, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
