What you'll be doing

Delivering exceptional treatment experiences and five-star standards of care in line with Fairmont brand standards training and protocols.

Providing thoughtful treatment and product recommendations to enhance each guest's wellness journey.

Taking initiative to personalise treatments and offer upgrades that elevate the experience.

Proudly promoting hotel and spa facilities identifying opportunities to enrich the guest's stay through genuine upselling.

Collaborating with the wider Spa team to create a seamless supportive environment.

Performing additional duties as required to support smooth spa operations.
