Job summary

Harbour Hotels Guildford is seeking a Spa Therapist to provide high-quality treatments, including massage, and ensure memorable guest experiences. You will consult with clients, tailor treatments, and assist management with diary management and selling to maximise revenue.

NVQ Level 2/3 qualified with Temple Spa and Elemis training is preferred. Reception shifts and a flexible approach are advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualified or equivalent.
• Experience in spa treatments including massage.
• Temple Spa or Elemis training advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of spa treatments to guests.

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Therapist with a passion to deliver consistent, exceptional service and develop their career within a progressive company. Ideally, you will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified. TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training and experience would be a distinct advantage.

As a Spa Therapist, you will carryout a variety of treatments including massage. You should be knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to ensuring every guest's visit is memorable. You will consult with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality, exceptional treatments. Additionally, you will support your manager to maximize revenue through diary management and proactive selling. Reception experience and willingness to do reception shifts as required are advantageous.
