Job summary

Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa is seeking a Spa Therapist with a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will perform treatments such as massage, consult guests to identify needs, and help ensure every visit is memorable.

Ideal candidates will hold NVQ Level 2/3 and have or show willingness to training with Temple Spa and Elemis. You will support the manager to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in spa therapy or equivalent.
• Temple Spa and Elemis training or experience is a plus.
• Experience delivering massage and other spa treatments.
• Ability to consult clients to understand personal needs.

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Therapist with a passion to deliver consistent exceptional service who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company.

Ideally, you will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified and TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training and experience would be a distinct advantage.

As Spa Therapist you will be required to carry out a variety of treatments including massage, you will be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember. You'll consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committed to delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. As a Spa Therapist you’ll also be supporting your manager to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling.
