Philema Hospitality Management Enterprise operates a four star adults-only hotel overlooking Fistral Beach, featuring Fistral Spa and Dune Restaurant. We are seeking a Level 3 Beauty Therapist to deliver exceptional spa services to our guests in a luxe, adults-only setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a level of service that exceeds guest expectations by completing all treatments thoroughly and timely.
• Ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards.
• Promote and sell spa and salon services to maximise revenue.
• Work towards retail sales targets and meet health and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and tidy treatment rooms and public areas to a five-star standard.
• Maintain stock control in the treatment room and monitor product usage.

This advertised rate is applicable to hours worked on weekdays (Monday - Friday), an additional £2 per hour will be applied to hours worked on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

Role & Responsibilities:

• To provide a level of service which exceeds all guest expectations
  by completing all treatments in a consistently thorough manner, in the time
  allocated, and by treating all clients with individual attention.

• To ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards
• Promote and sell the services of the Spa and Salon and maximise
  the potential of all sales.
• To work towards retail sales and retail % targets set.
• To ensure treatment rooms and all public areas are kept clean and
  tidy according to Spa check list and health and safety standards – maintaining
  the five star level of cleanliness
• Responsible for maintaining an effective stock control system in
  your treatment room
• Monitor the cost of product and correct usage of the products in
  treatments
• Ensure that treatment scheduling meets the demands of the guest
  whilst maximising revenue and trends are monitored and addressed.
• To participate in on-going training programs / Review Audits.
• To ensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally
  as in accordance with hotel policy
• All other duties as required
