Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting a Senior Spa Therapist for The Londoner Spa in London. You will deliver high‑standard spa treatments, including massage and facials, and actively promote the spa, its products and services to guests. You will also support colleagues’ development and growth within the spa team.

The role is based at The Londoner Spa in Leicester Square, London, working in a premium, luxury environment with opportunities for professional growth and industry training.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering spa treatments in a 5-star or luxury spa environment.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Currently working towards NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy.
• Experience with spa and reception booking systems.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for an Senior Spa Therapist for our Spa at The Londoner Hotel.

Overview

• An amazing opportunity to join the team in the Spa at The Londoner Hotel.
• The role of Senior Spa Therapist involves ensuring a high level of service and standards are always delivered across the Spa operation.
• As a Senior Spa Therapist, you must be competent in delivering a high standard of spa treatments including massage and facials.
• Be involved in the promotion of the Spa, products, and treatments.
• You will provide support to the team and assist in there growth and development within the department.

About You

• Have experience of all Spa Treatments within a 5 Star or luxury spa environment.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Currently working towards NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy.
• Have experience of spa and reception booking systems.
