Job summary

The Londoner is seeking a Senior Spa Therapist to join the Spa team at our luxury hotel in London’s heart. You will ensure high levels of service and standards across the Spa and deliver spa treatments including massage and facials.

Efficient communication, attention to detail, and experience in a 5-star or luxury spa environment are essential. NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or higher is preferred, with opportunities for growth within the department and our training programs.

Qualifications

• Have experience of all Spa Treatments within a 5 Star or luxury spa environment.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Currently working towards NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy.
• Have experience of spa and reception booking systems.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Spa Therapist must maintain a high level of service and standards across the Spa operation.
• Deliver spa treatments including massage and facials to a high standard.
• Promote the Spa, products, and treatments.
• Provide support to the team and assist in growth and development within the department.

Overview
