Job summary

The Lanesborough Club and Spa part of Oetker Hotels invites a Spa Therapist to deliver massage and beauty services to a high standard. You will provide personalised guest experiences in a luxury environment, upholding grooming and client-care excellence.

You will train on ila and La Prairie brands and contribute to revenue through retail support while coordinating routine duties in a luxury club and spa setting in London.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a luxury Club & Spa.
• Excellent command of English; a second language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver massage and beauty treatments to The Lanesborough standard.
• Provide personalised, bespoke guest experiences.
• Assist and coordinate a department in the absence of senior management.
• Promote ila and La Prairie products to maximise revenue.

As a Spa Therapist, you should be confident in massage and beauty treatments, delivered to Lanesborough standard whilst offering each and every guest a personalised, bespoke experience at The Lanesborough Club and Spa. ila and La Prairie are our luxurious, high-end products, you will be trained on these brands from the various treatments to retail opportunities to maximise revenue.

Key Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a similar role within a luxury Club & Spa
• Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate a department in the absence of senior management
• Immaculate grooming standards
• Show drive for Excellent Customer Service leading by example

• Please note this role requires an element of manual handling
