Oetker Hotels in London’s prestigious The Lanesborough invites applications for a Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join the Library Bar. You will deliver an exceptional guest service experience and be an excellent communicator, using personal knowledge of the menu to upsell and promote items.

You will fit a luxury hotel environment with solid English, immaculate grooming, and a hands-on approach. Some role requires manual handling.

Candidate Profile

As a Cocktail Waiter Waitress you will provide an exceptional guest service experience. You will be an excellent communicator and take a hands‑on approach to your role. You will have a real passion for food and wine, enabling you to up sell and promote the items by your personal knowledge from the menu. You will be a team player to ensure that your team create a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Requirements

• London experience and familiarity with a hotel environment is desirable but not essential
• Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
• Immaculate grooming standards
• Please note this role requires an element of manual handling
