Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office in a 4* or 5* establishment is essential.
• Excellent command of English; a second language is preferred.

• Ability to work on own initiative is essential.
• Knowledge of Opera system would be preferred.

Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

As a Receptionist you will be the welcoming face of the hotel ready to create the perfect first impression; always ready to provide exceptional service in a professional and efficient manner. Key Requirements

• Previous experience within Front Office in a 4* or 5* establishment is essential and experience in the luxury London market would be preferred.
