Oetker Hotels’ The Lanesborough in London is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to deliver an outstanding dining experience within a high‑level brigade. You will ensure the menu is understood and executed to the finest standards, while supporting colleagues and maintaining exemplary plating and service.

• You and your team must be trained and fully understand both the menu and what is expected in this high level professional brigade.
• As Chef de Partie you will develop the skills and effectiveness of the team through the appropriate training, coaching and mentoring.

Candidate Profile

As Chef de Partie you will develop the skills and effectiveness of the team through the appropriate training, coaching and mentoring.

Key Requirements

• Experience in as similar role within a fine dining restaurant preferred but not essential
• Show drive and passion for food and cooking
• Proven track record in running a kitchen section
• Exhibit excellent technical and natural cooking abilities
• Excellent command of the English language
• Food Hygiene Level 3 certification preferred although not essential for commencement as will be certified with the Company
• Please note this role requires an element of manual handling and on occasion heavy lifting
