Job summary

Champneys is seeking a Senior Spa Therapist to deliver high‑end facial, massage and nail treatments across our luxury spa. You will be passionate, friendly and dedicated to exceptional guest service, working within state-of-the-art facilities and following Champneys protocols.

You will lead by example, mentor junior therapists, promote homecare solutions and maximise guest satisfaction and revenue through confident treatment recommendations.

Qualifications

• L3 Beauty Therapy certification required.
• Luxury spa brand experience preferred.
• Excellent guest care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform spa treatments to required standards within allocated times.
• Adhere to Champneys protocols and training.
• Maintain knowledge of Club, Spa and Hotel facilities and rules.
• Provide premier client care and skin consultations as needed.
• Mentor junior therapists and promote homecare recommendations.
