Job summary

Champneys Mottram Hall is hiring a Spa Supervisor on a full-time basis. You will support the Spa Manager to run the treatment department, train the team to high standards, and drive sales while ensuring guest schedules and needs are met throughout guests' visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty.
• Spa Supervisor experience desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Manager to ensure smooth running of the treatment dept.
• Provide professional management of the team regarding training and standards.
• Help reach sales targets and maintain guest schedules.
• Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness and guest care.
