Job summary

Champneys is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our renowned wellbeing team. You will deliver a range of therapeutic treatments, from facials to massages and nail services, while ensuring outstanding guest care and revenue opportunities.

Candidates must hold Level 2/3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy and have massage experience. We offer extensive development, a generous benefits package, and opportunities to progress within Champneys.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Massage experience is essential.
• Provide a first-class service and deliver a range of therapeutic, holistic treatments including facials, massages and nail treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class service delivering a range of treatments (facials, massages, nails).
• Maximise treatment and retail sales to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow Champneys protocols and training to offer all treatments and maintain safety standards.
