Job summary

Champneys is seeking a Spa Supervisor to promote our brand and lead the spa team in delivering exceptional services. You will ensure daily operations meet Champneys’ high standards and collaborate with account managers to boost retail opportunities.

You will work with the in-house trainer and spa management to achieve KPI targets, manage therapist rotas, recruit staff, and maintain stock control while upholding our customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa/treatment operations.
• Knowledge of SOPs and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily uniform checks to meet high standards.
• Collaborate with Elemis and Clarins Account Managers to maximise retail opportunities.
• Work with the In-House trainer and spa management to meet KPIs.
• Attend the 8am booking station and tours, ensuring correct talks and demos.
• Manage therapist schedules and recruitment activities.
• Oversee stock management for treatments and retail products.
