Job summary

Champneys Mottram Hall is hiring a Spa Supervisor on a full-time basis. You will support the Spa Manager to run the treatment department, train the team to high standards, and drive sales while ensuring guest schedules and needs are met throughout guests' visits.

You will be part of a renowned wellbeing brand with in-house training, excellent facilities, and employee benefits including wellness incentives and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty.
• Spa Supervisor experience desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

As a Spa Supervisor you will be responsible for; Assisting the Spa Manager to ensure the smooth running of the treatment department and provide effective professional management to your team with regards to training, standards and reaching sales targets.

You will ensure your team are trained to the highest standard, and are there to assist our guests with any needs they may have throughout their visit with us and ensure they leave wanting more!

You will ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times and that your team are supported in achieving their retail and treatment sales targets as set.
