Qualifications

• Experience in spa, wellness, leisure or hospitality is required.
• Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and support colleagues.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, positive and guest-focused approach.
• Willingness to support different spa areas.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of the spa and wellness facilities.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist with supervising spa team members during shifts.
• Maintain high standards across treatments, facilities and guest areas.
• Welcome guests, handle enquiries and support the guest journey.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
• Promote spa services, treatments and retail products.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, company and spa standards.
• Create a positive and engaging environment for guests and colleagues.
