Job summary

Stanley House Hotel & Spa in Mellor, Lancashire, is seeking a Spa Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of the spa and wellness facilities, delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading by example.

This part-time role (32 hours per week) offers hands-on responsibilities, opportunities to train new team members, promote spa services, and maintain high standards across treatments and guest areas within leaf HOSPITALITY properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality settings.
• Strong guest-service orientation and professionalism.
• Ability to lead and motivate a spa team.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of the spa and wellness facilities.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist with supervising and supporting spa team members during shifts.
• Maintain high standards across treatments, facilities and guest areas.
• Welcome guests, respond to enquiries and support the guest journey.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
• Promote spa services, treatments and retail products.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, company and spa standards.
• Create a positive environment for guests and colleagues.
