Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Spa Supervisor to support the Spa Manager in daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards. The role involves supervising a team, ensuring smooth running across shifts, and acting as deputy in the manager’s absence.

The successful candidate will lead the spa team, manage schedules, assist with training and performance development, handle guest feedback, and help drive retail and treatment revenue.

Qualifications

• Must be level 2 & 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy.
• Strong sales skills to upsell services or products.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to assess clients’ needs and customise treatments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Spa Manager with daily operation, maintaining high standards.
• Lead and develop the spa team to deliver excellent service and treatments.
• Act as first contact for the team during shifts, providing guidance.
• Take responsibility for spa operations in the Manager's absence.
• Monitor schedules, productivity, and staffing to maximise efficiency.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and health & safety checks.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
