Harbour Hotels Group is offering a superb full-time Spa Receptionist role at Guildford Harbour Hotel and Spa, located in the heart of Guildford. You will welcome guests and members to the spa, take bookings, upsell treatments and spa products, perform show rounds, cash up and handle day-to-day spa reception duties.

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for service excellence. Knowledge of spa reservations systems is advantageous but training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa reservations is advantageous but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.
