Firmdale Hotels in London is seeking a Spa Receptionist to be at the forefront of guest service across eight prestigious properties. You will manage spa reservations, advise guests on treatments, and contribute to a relaxing, luxury ambience.

A warm, professional demeanor and excellent communication are essential to deliver unforgettable spa journeys. As part of our renowned spa team, you will support Spa Managers, meet sales targets, and collaborate with Therapists to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Extensive knowledge of a variety of spa treatments and products.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail.

• Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist in a 5-star hotel or luxury spa is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate spa reservations across all eight London properties, ensuring seamless scheduling and personalized experiences.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of our spa packages and treatments to expertly advise guests on their options.
• Cultivate strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and building a loyal client base.
• Maintain the smooth operation of the spa and gym facilities on a daily basis, upholding our high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Spa Manager, promoting products and services to enhance guest experiences.
• Provide a warm and inspiring welcome to all guests, creating a positive first impression.
• Collaborate closely with Spa Therapists to ensure guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Take ownership of spa reception duties, including opening and closing procedures, payment processing, and administration tasks.
• Uphold immaculate standards in all facilities, ensuring supplies are stocked and amenities are readily available.
