Job summary

The Londoner in Leicester Square invites a Spa and Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver warm, personalised service to every guest in our luxury spa and health club, The Retreat.

You will help maintain exceptional standards of presentation and hygiene, deliver refined F&B service, take orders, and work flexibly across spa and dining areas to ensure a seamless, five‑star guest experience at a renowned city icon.

Qualifications

• Has a genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service.
• Is naturally warm, confident and engaging.
• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in presentation.
• Enjoys working as part of a team in a busy luxury environment.
• Is flexible and comfortable working across different areas of the hotel.
• Can remain calm, professional and attentive during busy periods.
• Ideally has previous experience within a luxury hotel, spa, restaurant or hospitality environment, although attitude and a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service are equally important.
• Is flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
