The Londoner, a luxury hotel in the heart of London, seeks a Spa and Food & Beverage Assistant to join The Retreat. You will provide warm, personalised service, welcoming guests and ensuring comfort throughout their visit while maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards.

Flexibility to work across Spa, F&B, and hotel operations is essential, with emphasis on attentiveness, teamwork, and delivering a seamless guest experience in a highly regarded property.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or luxury service preferred; passion for guest experience.
• Warm, confident and engaging demeanor with strong presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment and across hotel areas.

We are currently recruiting for a Spa and Food and Beverage Assistant to join our stunning Spa and Health Club The Retreat at The Londoner Hotel.

Overview:

• Provide warm, intuitive and personalised service to every guest.
• Welcome guests to the Spa and ensure they feel comfortable and looked after throughout their visit.
• Support the day-to-day presentation and operation of the Spa, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Deliver professional food and beverage service in line with The Londoner's luxury standards.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks and confidently respond to guest requests.
• Ensure guest areas are beautifully presented and ready for service.
• Work flexibly across both areas according to the needs of the operation.
• Build genuine rapport with guests and anticipate their needs wherever possible.
• Work closely with colleagues across the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow all relevant health, safety, hygiene and operational procedures.

About you:

• Has a genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service.
• Is naturally warm, confident and engaging.
• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in presentation.
• Enjoys working as part of a team in a busy luxury environment.
• Is flexible and comfortable working across different areas of the hotel.
• Can remain calm, professional and attentive during busy periods.
• Ideally has previous experience within a luxury hotel, spa, restaurant or hospitality environment, although attitude and a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service are equally important.
• Is flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
