Job summary

Champneys in Buxton is seeking a part-time receptionist to warmly greet guests, complete registrations, explain the welcome pack and itineraries, and offer tours where appropriate.

You will develop strong knowledge of the spa, wellbeing and fitness offerings and assist with treatment bookings, personal training sessions, and itinerary planning for guests and members.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring the courteous and efficient check-in process.
• Having comprehensive knowledge of the resort and being able to support with bookings and itineraries.
• Conducting facility show rounds to prospective new members.

Contract: Part Time
Salary: up to £12.71 per hour

24 hours per week

Some responsbilities include;

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring the courteous and efficient process of checking-in, completing the correct registration procedure including offering a tour where appropriate and explaining the welcome pack / itinerary.
• Having a full and comprehensive knowledge of resort suite and being able to support with treatment bookings, PT sessions and completing itineraries.
• Conducting facility show rounds where required to potential new members.
