Job summary

Champneys Spa in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-in, and provide knowledge about spa services. You will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service and guiding guests through the welcome pack and itinerary.

• Hospitality or reception experience preferred.

Some responsbilities include;

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring the courteous and efficient process of checking-in, completing the correct registration procedure including offering a tour where appropriate and explaining the welcome pack / itinerary.
• Having a full and comprehensive knowledge of resort suite and being able to support with treatment bookings, PT sessions and completing itineraries.
• Conducting facility show rounds where required to potential new members.
