Job summary

Champneys Spa is seeking a Spa Supervisor to help manage the treatment department, lead a team, and drive standards and sales targets across the spa.

You will ensure guest satisfaction, oversee scheduling, training, presentation, and retail performance, while embedding the brand's wellbeing ethos.

Qualif: NVQ Level 3 in Beauty; spa supervisor experience preferred; benefits include health incentives, digital fitness, discounts, and pro-rated perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty.
• Spa Supervisor experience desirable.
• Good overall standard of education.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Manager to ensure smooth running of the treatment department and provide effective professional management to your team with regards to training, standards and reaching sales targets.
• Ensure guest schedules are suitable and extra care is taken at all times to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Train your team to the highest standard and support guests with their needs, leaving them wanting more.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness and support your team in achieving retail and treatment sales targets.

As a Spa Supervisor you will be responsible for;

• Assisting the Spa Manager to ensure the smooth running of the treatment department and provide effective professional management to your team with regards to training, standards and reaching sales targets.
• With guest satisfaction at the forefront of what we do, you will ensure guest schedules are suitable and extra care is taken at all times.
• You will ensure your team are trained to the highest standard, and are there to assist our guests with any needs they may have throughout their visit with us and ensure they leave wanting more!
• You will ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times and that your team are supported in achieving their retail and treatment sales targets as set.

We require you to be qualified in the following:

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty
• Spa Supervisor experience desired but not essential
• Good overall standard of education
