Job summary

Comis Hotel & Golf Resort in Santon, Isle of Man, is seeking an experienced Spa Manager or senior therapist ready to step into management. The role blends hands-on spa delivery (about 50%) with team leadership, guest experience and commercial focus.

The successful candidate will lead our team, maintain service standards and drive revenue while ensuring operations run smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty/Spa Therapy or equivalent is essential.
• Experience as Spa Manager, Spa Supervisor or Senior Therapist with leadership potential.
• Strong guest care, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Spa team of therapists.
• Deliver professional spa treatments to a high technical standard.
• Manage bookings, rotas and daily spa operations.
• Drive treatment, retail and revenue performance.
• Monitor costs, targets and KPIs for the spa.
• Maintain guest service standards and health & safety compliance.
