Job summary

Ardencote Manor | Hiddenwell Luxury Wellness Retreat is seeking a Senior Therapist to join and lead the spa team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will deliver exceptional treatments, guide junior therapists and maintain the highest guest care standards in a luxury retreat setting.

The role requires confidence in recommending products, strong guest relations, and the ability to thrive in a busy spa environment. Hybrid leadership opportunities and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent professional treatment skills.
• Must have a genuine passion for spa, wellness and guest care.
• Must be confident in recommending products and treatments.
• Must have excellent communication and people skills.
• Must have a positive, professional and supportive approach.
• Must have high standards of hygiene, presentation and attention to detail.
• Must be able to stay calm and organised in a busy spa environment.
• Must be flexible to work shifts and weekends.
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application and throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional treatments and personalised guest experiences.
• Supporting and guiding therapists during busy shifts.
• Helping to train, onboard and develop new and junior team members.
• Maintaining high standards of treatment, presentation and guest care.
• Confidently recommending products, treatments and upgrades.
• Encouraging guest rebooking and building strong guest relationships.
• Supporting smooth flow of appointments, rooms and treatments.
• Maintaining immaculate treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Supporting retail initiatives, promotions and spa events.
• Acting as a key point of contact on shift when required.
