Ardencote Manor | Hiddenwell Luxury Wellness Retreat is seeking a Senior Therapist to lead by example on the spa floor, delivering outstanding treatments while guiding a growing therapy team.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent professional treatment skills.
• Must have genuine passion for spa, wellness and guest care.
• Must be confident in recommending products and treatments.
• Must have excellent communication and people skills.
• Must maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Must stay calm and organized in a busy spa.
• Must be flexible to work shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional treatments and personalised guest experiences.
• Supporting and guiding therapists during busy shifts.
• Training onboard and developing new and junior team members.
• Maintaining high standards of treatment, presentation and guest care.
• Confidently recommending products, treatments and upgrades.
• Encouraging guest rebooking and building strong guest relationships.
• Supporting the smooth flow of appointments, rooms and treatments.
• Maintaining immaculate treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Supporting retail initiatives, promotions and spa events.
• Acting as a key point of contact on shift when required.
