Job summary

Park Hyatt London River Thames is seeking a Spa Manager to lead day-to-day spa operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

You will supervise spa staff, coordinate scheduling and evaluations, and drive training to uphold the highest service standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in spa management with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage guest engagement at high levels and ensure service excellence.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in luxury spa operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa and ensure smooth workflows.
• Support hiring and supervision of spa colleagues; organize scheduling and evaluations.
• Provide ongoing training to ensure delivery of excellent services.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, products, and supplies; coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management to support the spa's financial health.

Duties and responsibilities related totheSpa Managerrole

Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflowas well ashigh levelsofguestengagement andsatisfaction

Supportwiththe hiringandsupervision of spa colleagues. Organisescheduling, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training to ensure the team deliversexcellent services.

Monitor and manage spa inventory, including products, equipment, and supplies. Ensure that all necessary items are stocked and available, and coordinate orders and deliveries as needed.

Assistin budgeting andfinancial managementto support the overall financial health of the spa.

About you

Proven experience in spa management,demonstratingstrong organizational and multitasking skills to support the SpaDirectorand ensure smooth spa operations. Possess extensive knowledge ofluxuryspaoperations andtreatmentsas well ashaving anexcellent understanding ofhealth and safety regulations.
