Park Hyatt London River Thames is seeking a Spa Manager to oversee daily operations of our luxury spa and wellness facilities, including the pool, delivering personalised guest experiences and maintaining the highest cleanliness, health and safety standards.

You will lead a talented team, manage budgets and drive revenue through treatments and retail, collaborate with hotel colleagues, and ensure facilities are well maintained.

As Spa Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our luxury spa and associated wellness facilities, including the swimming pool, creating exceptional experiences that reflect the refined elegance and personalised service of Park Hyatt London River Thames. You will lead your team with care and confidence, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable and restorative experience. You will manage all aspects of spa operations, including treatment standards, guest satisfaction, colleague scheduling, inventory management and the overall presentation of our facilities. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, service, health and safety are consistently maintained across the spa, swimming pool and associated wellness facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant operational procedures and safety standards. You will take ownership of the spa's commercial performance, driving revenue through treatment bookings, retail sales and thoughtfully curated wellness experiences. You will manage budgets, monitor financial performance, control costs and identify opportunities to maximise profitability while maintaining the highest standards of guest care. Working closely with the wider hotel team, you will develop initiatives that enhance our wellness offering, strengthen guest loyalty and encourage repeat visits. You will recruit, train, coach and develop your team, creating a supportive environment where colleagues feel empowered to deliver exceptional service. Collaborating with Engineering and other departments, you will ensure all spa and wellness facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

You are an experienced spa professional with a strong background in luxury hospitality or premium wellness environments, bringing previous management experience within a spa or similar wellness operation. You combine a genuine commitment to exceptional guest service with the operational expertise and commercial awareness required to lead a successful luxury spa. You are a confident and approachable leader who enjoys developing others, building strong teams and creating an environment where colleagues feel valued and motivated. You have excellent communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of spa operations, health and safety standards and the management of swimming pool facilities. You understand the importance of personalised wellness experiences and take pride in anticipating guest needs, building meaningful connections and creating memorable moments. You are commercially minded and proactive, with experience in managing budgets, driving revenue and identifying opportunities to enhance performance.
