Job summary

Park Hyatt London River Thames is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our Front Office, Concierge and Guest Relations teams, delivering the refined, personalised service expected of a luxury Hyatt property along the River Thames.

You will oversee the guest journey from pre-arrival to departure, inspiring your teams to create memorable, meaningful experiences and uphold the highest standards of service, presentation and operation across all departments.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Front of House Manager role

As Front of House Manager, you will lead our Front Office, Concierge and Guest Relations teams, creating exceptional guest experiences that reflect the refined elegance and personalised service of Park Hyatt London River Thames. You will inspire your team to deliver intuitive, thoughtful and genuinely memorable service, ensuring every guest feels recognised , valued and cared for throughout their stay.

You will oversee all aspects of front of house operations, ensuring a seamless guest journey from pre arrival through to departure. With a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to luxury hospitality, you will anticipate guest needs, create meaningful connections and deliver thoughtful touches that transform everyday interactions into extraordinary experiences. You will ensure the highest standards of service, presentation and operational excellence are consistently maintained across all three departments.

You will take ownership of the guest experience, proactively seeking opportunities to create memorable moments, build lasting relationships and inspire loyalty. You will build meaningful relationships with our guests, demonstrating discretion, warmth and professionalism while ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional standards of Park Hyatt. Working closely with the wider hotel team, you will foster a collaborative approach to delivering seamless, refined and memorable experiences for every guest.

You will lead, inspire and develop your Front Office, Concierge and Guest Relations teams, creating a culture of care, empowerment and continuous improvement. You will oversee departmental performance, manage resources and support commercial objectives while encouraging your colleagues to consistently exceed guest expectations and create experiences that leave a lasting impression.

About You

You are an experienced luxury hospitality professional with a strong background in Front Office management within a luxury hotel environment. You combine exceptional guest service with strong leadership skills, operational expertise and commercial awareness.

You are a confident and approachable leader who inspires and develops high performing teams, leading by example and creating an environment where colleagues feel valued and empowered. You have a natural understanding of luxury hospitality, with an eye for detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs, create meaningful connections and deliver memorable, personalised experiences.

You are highly organised , proactive and composed, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic luxury hotel environment.
