Thistle City Barbican is seeking a proactive part-time Reception Associate to welcome guests, check them in, and explain the welcome pack and itinerary. You will be knowledgeable about our spa, wellbeing and fitness facilities, and support guests throughout their visit.

Key duties include greeting guests with warmth, assisting with bookings for treatments and personal training sessions, and providing tours to potential new members while maintaining accurate registrations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring a courteous and efficient check-in, including completing registration and offering a tour when appropriate.
• Assisting with bookings for treatments and PT sessions and helping guests with itineraries and facility information.
• Conducting facility show rounds where required to introduce potential new members.
