Job summary

Champneys is seeking a part-time receptionist for our spa operation. The role covers greeting guests, assisting with check-in, registrations and guiding guests through the welcome pack and itinerary.

You will have knowledge of the spa, wellbeing and fitness offerings and support with treatment bookings, personal training sessions and member itineraries. Excellent guest service is essential, along with a positive, welcoming presence.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring the courteous and efficient check-in process.
• Supporting with treatment bookings, PT sessions and itineraries.
• Conducting facility show rounds to potential new members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in procedures with a friendly, efficient approach.
• Assist guests with spa bookings, wellness activities and itinerary planning.
• Provide facility tours and information to prospective members.
