Hoar Cross Hall is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional dining experiences at our Staffordshire venue.

The role focuses on leading the restaurant team, daily operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure. You will drive service standards, mentor staff, and maintain product knowledge in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality setting.

• Must have previous supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Must have excellent knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.
• Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the daily running of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
• Leading engaging pre-shift briefings, keeping the team informed of VIP guests, special occasions, and daily priorities.
• Delivering exceptional guest service and lead by example.
• Resolving guest queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintaining excellent product, menu, and beverage knowledge.
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, hygiene and first aid compliance.
• Supporting rota planning and staffing levels to meet business needs.
• Motivating, coaching, and supporting the restaurant team to deliver consistently high standards.

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant
Restaurant Manager to help lead our restaurant team and deliver outstanding
dining experiences

Working alongside the Restaurant
Manager, you'll be supporting the day-to-day operation of the restaurant,
inspire the team, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service from
arrival to departure

Essentials

Desirables

• Have experience working in a high-volume
  restaurant
• Must have a food Safety qualification
• Have knowledge of food and beverage health & safety legislation

Additional Information

• Full-time contract - 40 hours per week
• Working 5 out of 7 days a week
• £32460.96 per annum
• Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to
  work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
  such as working evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in
