Job summary

Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of the Exclusive Collection, is seeking a Hospitality Assistant on a part-time basis with flexible hours across Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The role pays £13.05 per hour and involves 20 working hours per week.

You will deliver warm, professional service to guests in our luxury hotel and contribute to memorable guest experiences, with opportunities to progress within the Exclusive Collection.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
• Positive, friendly and professional approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and willing to learn new skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly and professional service to guests at all times
• Support the day-to-day operation across guest-facing departments as required
• Create positive guest experiences and respond to enquiries confidently and professionally
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
• Promote hotel facilities, services and experiences to guests
