Job summary

A leading advisory firm in Manchester seeks an experienced SPA Manager/Associate Director for its Deals Advisory and Consulting service line. The successful candidate will manage transactions, support clients through acquisitions and disposals, and deliver high-quality financial analysis. Key qualifications include ACA or equivalent, experience with mergers & acquisitions, and strong communication skills. The role offers a hybrid working model with flexible options.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience in relevant field.
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions, EV to equity value bridges.
• Proven ability to prepare and review completion accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with minimal partner involvement.
• Interface with client management and cross-functional teams.
• Draft letters of engagement, fee estimates, budgets.
• Produce high-quality financial analysis and review completion mechanisms.
• Present conclusions and recommendations to clients.

Education

ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA qualification
