Splendid Hospitality Group is hiring a Spa Butler for The Grand - York to deliver five-star service across poolside and spa areas. You will be a warm, engaging host who creates relaxing, personalised experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities include attentive poolside beverage service, upselling drinks and experiences, building genuine rapport, and supporting safety and presentation standards. Join our Spa Team to help guests feel valued and cared for from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

We're looking for a warm, engaging, service focused Spa Butler to help create exceptional experiences for our spa guests. Working poolside and throughout the spa, you'll provide attentive five star service, build genuine connections with guests and ensure every visit feels relaxing, personalised and memorable.

What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:

Our Spa Team is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences and, as our Spa Butler, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service throughout each guest's visit. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Provide attentive and personalised poolside beverage service, proactively engaging with guests and anticipating their needs.
• Confidently recommending drinks and experiences, identifying opportunities to upsell and enhance each guest's visit.
• Build genuine rapport with guests through warm, professional and engaging service.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming spa environment, including supporting pool safety procedures and responding appropriately when required.
• Work closely with the wider Spa Team to ensure the highest standards of presentation, service and guest experience are maintained throughout the day.
