The Landmark London is seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to join the Spa team on a permanent basis. The role requires 32 hours per week, on a shift rota, delivering five-star service to guests in a luxurious city hotel setting opposite Marylebone station.

You will maintain pristine spa spaces, replenish supplies, assist therapists, and support reception with admin tasks, contributing to a warm, energized workplace and memorable guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of spa treatment rooms, changing areas, and relaxation spaces.
• Replenish towels, robes, toiletries, and other spa supplies.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each appointment.
• Assist therapists with room setup and operational support.
• Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Keep equipment and facilities clean, organised, and in good working order.
• Support the reception team with basic administrative tasks when required.
