Duties and responsibilities related to the Spa Attendant role

• Ensure that all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, and common areas, are clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Provide exceptional levels of service by greeting guests, offering assistance, answering questions, and ensuring they have a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience.
• Set up treatment rooms before appointments and clean them afterward, ensuring that all equipment, linens, and products are properly sanitized and replenished.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of spa products, linens, and supplies. Notify management when stock is low and assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
• Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules, as well as inspecting and maintaining pool equipment and facilities.

About you

Previous experience in spa or hospitality operations, demonstrating strong organisational and multitasking skills. Able to maintain a clean, welcoming, and luxurious environment for all guests.
