The Collezione consists of the groups top thirty luxury five- and four-star hotels, located in the heart of New York, Paris, London, Milan, Florence, Vicenza, Saturnia, Rome, Trieste, and Venice. Each hotel has a distinct charm, embodying the local culture while sharing the Italian spirit, creativity, passion, and high level of service that encapsulate the whole group.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Room Attendant to join the Starhotels team on a full-time or zero-hour basis. The vacancies are available in our three London properties, all of them located in the South Kensington area: The Franklin, The Pelham and The Gore.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest level of cleanliness standards in all areas of the assigned location.
• Perform cleaning duties across the site, including bedrooms, common areas, and facilities.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and guidelines.
• Work efficiently and effectively to maintain a hygienic and pleasant environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is desirable but not essential.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
