Join to apply for the Spa Attendant (Male-Female) role at Bvlgari Hotel London.

Reporting to the Spa Director, you will work under limited guidance and be responsible for providing cleaning and attendant services for changing rooms, treatment rooms, thermal sequencing, and gym and pool areas. You will support spa therapists and reception staff, serving as a constant presence for guests and members, assisting with their needs and requests.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for outstanding guest service, a positive attitude, and effective communication skills. Being quick, efficient, and detail-oriented is essential.

Successful applicants will have experience in a luxury service environment and a good understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. Immaculately presented with authentic yet impeccable customer service skills, the ability to engage with guests is highly valued.
